Leaflet Launch Ltd provides leaflet design and distribution services ("Services") to clients ("you", "your"). By engaging our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
2. Design and Distribution

Design: We will create leaflet designs based on the information and specifications you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the content.

Distribution: We will distribute leaflets as per the agreed plan. Distribution areas and quantities must be confirmed in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities

Content Approval: You must review and approve the design before printing. We are not liable for any errors once you have given approval.

Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that the content of the leaflet complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Payment Terms

Fees: Service fees will be agreed upon before work begins. Payment is due within [7] days of invoice.

Late Payment: Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from delays, errors in content, or distribution issues beyond our control.

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the Services.
6. Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation: You may cancel the Service by providing [7] days' notice in writing. Cancellations may be subject to fees.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate Services if these Terms are violated.
7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration/mediation in United Kingdom. The laws of United Kingdom will govern.
8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

What will my leaflet be delivered with?
Depending on the delivery option you choose, Solus delivery means your leaflet will be delivered on its own. Shared delivery means your leaflet will be distributed with a maximum of 3 other flyers from companies of a non-competing nature.
How much does it cost?
We Quote for individual Campaign, assessing all of the individual factors. If you have any specific requirements that are outside our standard service, please feel free to contact us.
We do try to accommodate your requests wherever possible. Please consider other factors that may affect price include bulky or heavier items, time sensitive items and some areas outside the main coverage area.
What are your payments terms?
Customers are advised that even though they may have delivered items to our depot for delivery that these items don’t actually get scheduled for delivery until your invoice has been paid. Lead times of receipt of payment could be up to 10 days so for time sensitive material prompt payment is advisable.
Credit?
Credit is not offered by Leaflet Launch
What will the response level be?
Leaflet Launch cannot imply or guarantee any response to your material. Response levels are dependent on various factors including your message, the demographic you target and the product or service you are offering.

We are able to deliver a wide range of advertising materials,
How long will my leaflet distribution take?
There are several factors that will affect your delivery times, such as location and quantity of leaflets. Getting your leaflets to us well in advance will ensure all deliveries should go as planned, keep in mind that if we don’t have your stock when we cannot plan for your stock.

Refund Policy
Refund Policy for Leaflet Distribution Service
At Leaflet Launch, we are committed to providing reliable and effective leaflet distribution services. If you are not fully satisfied with our service, please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available if the service was not delivered as agreed upon or if there is a proven issue with the distribution process. (evidence supplied)

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days after the initial quote has been paid and no work has begun

If the Refund proposal is submitted after the 7 Days and no work has begun, you will be entitled to a 50%.

If the Refund proposal is submitted and works has begun before 7 days, we will subtract the cost of the work from the quote and then refund the amount remaining.

If the Refund proposal is submitted and works has begun after 7 days, we will subtract the cost of the work from the quote and then refund the 50% amount remaining.

Refunds will not be provided once Distribution has Started, unless we have been shown evidence of breach of contract.
2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@leafletlaunch.co.uk with your service order number and details of the issue.

We may request additional information or evidence (e.g., GPS tracking data) to assess the validity of the claim.

If the claim is validated, we will issue a refund or offer a re-distribution at no extra cost.
3. Partial Refunds

In cases where a partial service was delivered or a minor issue occurred, we
may offer a partial refund or a discount on future services.
4. Refund Timelines
-
Approved refunds will be processed within [7-10] working days and credited back to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
-
Refunds are not available for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather or access restrictions.

Custom design, printing, or other associated costs are non-refundable.
